When you complete ordering through ORACLELIGHTS.com you will be forwarded to PayPal for checkout. You must complete payment through PayPal to have your order processed. Even if you do not complete checkout through PayPal you will still receive an email with an order # through our system but will not be charged. If you have any questions on whether or not your order was processed you can reach us by calling 1-800-407-5776 and speaking to an ORACLE LIGHTING sales rep.

Shipping & Tracking:

Most items will be shipped within one to two business days unless out of stock. If your order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, we will process your order on the next business day. Customers will be notified of out of stock items via email. We do our best to only list in stock items but since we do a large volume of sales we reserve the right to run out and to backorder items up to 10 working days.

Any Shipping Promotion on ORACLELIGHTS.COM only applies to the United States.

Shipping updates are emailed out automatically by our system so please check your spam folder before contacting us for a tracking #. If you have a PayPal account you can also check the tracking status by logging into your PayPal account and visiting the sale page. ORACLE LIGHTING installs and TESTS all lights before they leave our facility. A photo of the completed lights can be emailed to the client if they request so. We suggest to add insurance to expensive items and large orders.

After you install your products, ORACLE LIGHTING will give you a 15% discount towards your next purchase if you send pictures of your vehicle with our product in use. Pictures can be sent to INFO@ORACLELIGHTS.com 


All ORACLE Products carry a Limited Warranty on parts. We will replace any defective part free of charge once defective part is returned. Customer is responsible for shipping charges. Warranty does not cover damage due to mistreatment or improper installation. We do carry a full line of replacement parts, please check our "Parts Bin" section.


Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt less shipping and 5% Restocking Fee. All opened packages that are returned will have an additional $15 Repackaging Fee deducted from the refund. Returns after 14 days of receipt will be issued a store credit. Please open and inspect the item as soon as you receive to to avoid any problems.

Custom Applications:

Custom work can not be reversed or refunded. When you ship your lights to ORACLE LIGHTING, you are authorizing us to complete the custom work as we see fit. Please call us for pricing on custom work or download our  CUSTOM HEADLIGHT FORM
