Shipping & Tracking:
Most items will be shipped within one to two business days unless out of stock. If your order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, we will process your order on the next business day. Customers will be notified of out of stock items via email. We do our best to only list in stock items but since we do a large volume of sales we reserve the right to run out and to backorder items up to 10 working days.
Any Shipping Promotion on ORACLELIGHTS.COM only applies to the United States.
Shipping updates are emailed out automatically by our system so please check your spam folder before contacting us for a tracking #. If you have a PayPal account you can also check the tracking status by logging into your PayPal account and visiting the sale page. ORACLE LIGHTING installs and TESTS all lights before they leave our facility. A photo of the completed lights can be emailed to the client if they request so. We suggest to add insurance to expensive items and large orders.

Warranty:
All ORACLE Products carry a Limited Warranty on parts. We will replace any defective part free of charge once defective part is returned. Customer is responsible for shipping charges. Warranty does not cover damage due to mistreatment or improper installation. We do carry a full line of replacement parts, please check our "Parts Bin" section.
Returns:
Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt less shipping and 5% Restocking Fee. All opened packages that are returned will have an additional $15 Repackaging Fee deducted from the refund. Please open and inspect the item as soon as you receive to to avoid any problems.

Custom Applications:
Custom work can not be reversed or refunded. When you ship your lights to ORACLE LIGHTING, you are authorizing us to complete the custom work as we see fit. Please call us for pricing on custom work.
Custom Built/Painted Parts:
Please allow 4-6 weeks approximately for custom painted parts, and 10-14 business days for preassembled parts. These are considered custom order parts and will ship after the estimated build time. Please note that production time may vary depending on the product and build time. We would also like to remind you that once the lights are processed with the tech this can not be canceled. As soon as tracking information is available, we will share this with you accordingly. These items are also non eligible for return after they have been received.
Selling or Reselling ORACLE Lighting Product:
In order to protect the investment of our high-quality vendors and ORACLE Lighting’s brand reputation, we have adopted a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy. Dealers must not advertise pricing set lower than that listed on our data load sheet provided with dealer acceptance. A listing published at the incorrect MAP will receive a warning. After 3 uncorrected warnings, the dealer will be blacklisted.
ORACLE Lighting expressly prohibits the sale of ORACLE Lighting products on Amazon or Ebay. It is also prohibited to sell ORACLE Lighting products directly to Amazon or to third-party companies with intention of reselling ORACLE Lighting product on these platforms. No dealer or reseller has authorization to attach to ORACLE Lighting listings or to create their own listings of ORACLE Lighting products on Amazon or Ebay.
