Promotional Dates for Lowered MAP for Authorized Dealers

To provide our valued dealers with easier promotion planning for high-value shopping times, we are introducing a new program for pre-set dates during which our Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) will be lowered by an additional 5%.

During the designated time frames listed below, our authorized dealers will be allowed to advertise a price up to 15% off MSRP on all ORACLE Lighting products. You are welcome to participate in any number of these times periods, and no dealer is obligated to participate in this promotional program.

We are providing these five time periods for 2021 so you may plan sales and promotional messages about our products ahead of time. We encourage you to mark these time periods on your calendar so you can take advantage of of advertising your line of ORACLE Lighting products with special discount. Our team will work to remind you about upcoming dates in our monthly New Offerings emails. We expect this special pricing to be featured in your sale marketing efforts and promoted to your new and existing customers to maximize the benefit of this time period -- should your company choose to participate.

During the following time periods, MAP will be lowered by an additional 5% for a max discounted price of 15% off MSRP:

March 15th-22nd, 2021: St. Patrick’s Day or Spring Sale
May 24th-31st, 2021: Memorial Day or Summer Sale
June 28th-July 5th, 2021: Independence Day Sale
Aug 31st- Sept 7th, 2021: Labor Day Sale
Nov 22nd-29th, 2021: Black Friday-Cyber Monday Sale

Adjusted pricing must start and end on/between the listed dates, and any listings bearing this lowered pricing before and/or after these dates will be in violation of the normal MAP policy. The special policy will begin at 12:00am on the beginning date and will end at 11:59pm on the ending date. Please be sure to adjust your pricing back to the normal 10% off listed in our MAP agreement and remove special advertisements shortly after the sale period ends.
