Concept Mirrors Training

Thank you for visiting the training for concept mirrors. Please review this information and complete the brief 3-question assessment at the end. (This training cannot count towards your goal without a completed assessment.)

The ORACLE concept side mirrors feature an impressive aerodynamic design for a sleeker & more aggressive look on a Camaro or C6. Designed with style and functionality in mind, these sleek mirrors retain all of the factory features while adding a unique styling option. The integrated LEDs inside the mirrors can used as both turn signals and parking lights (see below for more information). An aspherical mirror is added for a wider field of view, so no visibility is compromised. The ORACLE mirrors for the C6 even include heated glass and XM antennas (optional). These are a Plug & Play design and connect into the factory harness to allow for full control over the mirror adjusters.

Because of the aggressive styling of the C6 product, ORACLE Lighting had to design its own micro mirror motor small enough to fit inside of the narrow cavity. Despite the mirror's sleeker design, custom aspherical mirror glass makes the view wider than the factory mirrors.

Available Fitment:

• 2010-2015 Chevrolet Camaro
• 2005-2013 Chevrolet C6 with or without Sirus/XM Radio

These mirrors have the capability to be retrofitted to different body styles or other muscle cars with necessary custom body work to adjust for proper fitment and function.

Wiring Options:

These mirrors were designed to allow for multiple options that can be offered to the customer depending on their needs. This is also a great way to upsell an small install addition. Here are your options for wiring concept mirrors:

• The standard wiring would be straight to the parking lights. This means that the LEDs will be on when the vehicle is in AUTO -- day or night.

• If a customer wants the mirrors to function only as a turn signal or wants them as a side-mounted signal, they would be wired to the turn signals located in each door.

• Lastly, to allow the LEDs to have dual functions as parking lights and turn signal, dual-intensity circuits should be added.

Styling:

The mirrors can be ordered with professionally color-matched paint to any factory GM color code for convenience. We strongly recommend using this painting service when ordering these parts. If you choose to paint these products yourself, please note that parts not properly painted with a UV clear coat will not be covered under material quality warranty.

These mirrors can also be wrapped to match a vehicle's theme or color-scheme. This would be completed through a custom up-fitter.

Here's a suggestion for products to pair with our concept mirrors.

Concept Mirrors + Concept Sidemarkers: We offer sidemarkers for the 5th Gen Camaro and the Corvette C6 that feature similar laser-sharp LEDs to the concept mirrors. These two products give a great, seamless upgrade to the entire vehicle. The mirrors are also be paint-matched for maximum customization.

Concept Mirrors + Tail Light Halos: We offer afterburner halos for the 5th Gen Camaro (1.0 version and 2.0 version) and the Corvette C6 that give a great look to the overall vehicle styling. This give a great pop to the rear of the vehicle while the mirrors give it to the sides.

If you have a showroom or store lobby, you should consider having this product available or on display for customers to experience before committing. Mounting a set of mirrors on a display or peg board with an easy to use switch is a great way to show these off to potential customers. Keeping a display on a countertop nearby for easy demonstration will help your customers feel comfortable selecting that product.

If you have a promotional vehicle that has a corresponding LED mirror kit, consider installing a set on the vehicle to showcase the installed result when consulting with customers. Being able to see what the product will look like in person will help customers feel more confident with their choice.

When promoting on social media, choose high-quality photos and videos to show off the product you offer and tag @oraclelights so people know that you are an authorized dealer.

Where possible, promote your installation service by taking photos of your own work and update followers on build progress. If you choose to use a customer's photo or one you find on our profile, remember to credit the vehicle's owner. If you have a large build that displays your work well, you can consider hiring a local photographer to take professional photos (with the customer's permission) to use for promotional purposes.Tag your shop location and use relevant hashtags such as #chevycamaro #oraclelights #vettelife.

Posting on your Instagram or Facebook Story will also help more people find your page; Instagram especially promotes Stories over regular postings! Use a location tag for your shop, and that will show your Story the Explore page of customers near you. Be sure to have your contact information on your profile so they can easily contact you or invite them to message you on the platform if it is regularly monitored.

You can even display a tablet or television in your showroom with a slideshow of the photos you take and post. Many people like to see how the product will look when installed on their vehicle so use photos of your most regularly serviced vehicle. We've included an example for you here:

Example #1: You choose a great image from an Instagram account @c6base that shows off the LED mirrors and sidemarkers for the Corvette C6 with paint-to-match to illustrate the difference made to the vehicle's styling.
