ORACLE Lighting’s new Fiber Optic Interior Kits are the perfect way to accent your vehicle’s dull interior in a clean and seamless way. The special side-firing fiber optic cables have an integrated edge to make installation easy on any vehicle. Using the included installation tool, insert the integrated edge between interior body panels in your vehicle including door panels, dashboard, headliner, console, and more. The power cord adapter has a switch to turn ON and OFF the lights conveniently. 

This is a universal product. While this is simple in most cases, it is important to understand each vehicle is different and may need some installation experience to pull off the perfect install, so we recommend professional installation.

How It Works:

The fiber optic is end lit by a LED light head. We recommend that for any length over 3’, you end-light both ends of the cable for the best and brightest look. The light travels through the fiber and lights up smoothly along the way for a very clean and understated appearance. The integrated edge is designed to hold the fiber optic cable tightly without the use of any adhesive.

Our ColorSHIFT option comes with a remote that allows you to select the exact color you want to use, adjust the brightness, and even do different effects like pulse, strobe, and smooth color transitions. You can also control your fiber optic interior kit using the free app called "LED LAMP." Available for Android and IOS.

• Begin by simply measuring the fiber optic cable and cutting to the desired length. 

• Push the fiber optic cable into the space between panels. Use the included installation tool where necessary which is made of plastic to avoid scratching any areas of the vehicle's interior. Insert the edge of the panel tool between interior body panels in your vehicle including door panels, dashboard, headliner, console, and more.

• Trim off a small section of the fin into insert the light head, and tighten the locking screw.

• Plug in the cigar power adapter with a switch to turn ON and OFF the lights conveniently. You may also choose to hardwire the kit for an even cleaner look.

• If you chose the ColorSHIFT kit, you will operate the color-changing capability with the included remote or with the "LED LAMP" app.

Many customers will want to pair their LED accessories with other products so it's important to know how to best use products together. This will result in an easier install and a better functioning setup! Here's some of our suggestions for pairings:

Fiber Optic Dash Kit + LED footwell strip lighting kit: Illuminate the interior of the vehicle with these two kits for maximum impact. The dash kit will serve as a sleek dash upgrade, and the footwell kit provides a flooded-light affect to the floor of the vehicle for improved ambient lighting.

When installing these products, we have other accessories that may help with your installation.

Additional Light Heads(#4231-333- or 4230-): If you are performing a more custom installation, you may need additional light heads. We offer these in sets of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 and in bth single-color and ColorSHIFT.

Additional Fiber Optic Cable (#4232-504): If you are performing a more custom installation, you may need additional cable length. We offer cable by the foot to be used with our single-color and ColorSHIFT dash light heads. This fiber optic strip can be cut with scissors and be re-used.

You should complete the requirements to be listed as an Installer or Preferred Installer on our retail-facing store locator. This is a great way to get in front of local customers as our team forwards them to this search tool to find authorized shops in their area. With more than 1,500 monthly visits to this tool, you should take advantage of this placement. Once you finish the program to be a Preferred Dealer, you will be designated as a Preferred Installer as well.

To be listed online as an Installer/Preferred Installer, you must these simple steps:
• Complete one installation at your shop.
• Send a photo of this installation to your sales rep and list the product(s) used.
• To be Preferred, you must complete the regular requirements for a Preferred Dealer (3x quarterly trainings, meeting J-15+ goals directly, and maintaining a retail location).

In your showroom or store lobby, one great idea is to set up a box display on a countertop or showcase. The retail-ready box makes for a great eye-catching look.

You could also fabricate a panel display and install the fiber optic cable into that with a nearby control option for easy demonstration or letting customers see how it works with them.

If you have a shop promotional vehicle, consider installing our Fiber Optic Dash Kit on the vehicle to showcase the installed result when consulting with customers. Being able to see what the product will look like in person will help customers feel more confident with their choice. 

It takes a customer's trust to choose a shop to perform labor on their vehicle, and many people turn to social media to see your handiwork and other people's experience.

When promoting on social media, choose high-quality photos and videos to show off the product you offer and tag @oraclelights so people know that you are an authorized dealer. Where possible, promote your installation service by taking photos of your own work and update followers on build progress. If you choose to use a customer's photo or one you find on our profile, remember to credit the vehicle's owner. If you have a large build that displays your work well, you can consider hiring a local photographer to take professional photos (with the customer's permission) to use for promotional purposes. Tag your shop location and use hashtags such as #ambientlight #oraclelights.

Posting on your Instagram or Facebook Story will also help more people find your page; Instagram especially promotes Stories over regular postings! Use a location tag for your shop, and that will show your Story the Explore page of customers near you. Be sure to have your contact information on your profile so they can easily contact you or invite them to message you on the platform if it is regularly monitored.

You can even display a tablet or television in your showroom with a slideshow of the photos you take and post. Many people like to see how the products will look when installed on their vehicle so use photos of the services you actually offer on your most regularly service vehicle.
