Single Color Training

Product Overview

Oracle Lighting offers multiple options for controlling the single color LED products you choose. We recommend wiring white halos to parking or ignition; single colors (especially blue and red) should be wired to a switch or remote. In this training, we’ll give you a quick overview of the most popular options to use for non-white halos and other show-use-only LED lighting accessories.

Pairing Options

Here's our suggestions for product pairings using these single-color control options for an easier install and a better functioning setup!

The Single Channel controller & Flush Mount switches can be combined with any SINGLE COLOR LED lighting product which could be also synced together. For example, you could combine red wheel rings and a red underbody kit together. That way, they can be controlled together with a simple button or while using multiple functions. Single color LED products include halo rings, wheel rings, underbody, LED pods, and various LED strip lighting.

Another option for flush mount switches would be parts that need to be turned on and off from the dash. This could include offroad lighting like mirrors, bars, and whips. Even if your customer has a product that is not lighting (such as a train horn, camera, lock, ect.), you can use this part to be wired to a switch.

Marketing Tips

Displaying the single-color options you have in your showroom or store lobby is a great idea to let people know that you carry these options. One great idea is to set up a single-color display such as our Pre-Assembled Headlight Display (part #8043) on a countertop with a nearby control option for easy demonstration or letting customers see how it works with them.

When promoting on social media, choose high-quality photos and videos to show off the products you offer and tag @oraclelights so people know that you are an authorized dealer.

Where possible, promote your installation service by taking photos of your own work and update followers on build progress. If you choose to use a customer's photo or one you find on our profile, remember to credit the vehicle's owner. If you have a large build that displays your work well, you can consider hiring a local photographer to take professional photos (with the customer's permission) to use for promotional purposes.

Tag your shop location and use a few relevant hashtags. Posting on your Instagram or Facebook Story will also help more people find your page, and be sure to have your contact information on your profile so they can easily contact you.

You can even display a tablet or television in your showroom with a slideshow of the photos you take and post. Many people like to see how the products will look when installed on their vehicle so use photos of your most regularly serviced vehicle.
